A six-week online journey for men combining somatic breathwork with layers of honest inquiry and conversations to better understand themselves, life as a man in this world, and the things that have been difficult, awkward, or even impossible to talk about until now.
This series is an evolving, spacious inquiry. There is no intention to moralize nor to arrive at prescribed conclusions or to fix anything or anyone. The series offers, potentially for the first time in a man’s life, an honest container for the privately burning questions — and to discover that the fire, when it is met with honesty and genuine company, turns out to be less shameful and more human than any man expected.
The Territory, Week by Week
Week 1: The Body's Honest Urgency
Opening the container. An introduction to the territory and to each other. Desire as the first honest inquiry — not what a man is supposed to want, but what, in the quiet honesty of his body, he actually does. No prior experience required. Arrive as you are.
Week 2: The Honest Conversation
The private relationship with pornography — examined without shame and without moralizing. What it gives, what it costs, and what it reveals about what a man is genuinely hungry for. The container for this session is held with particular care.
Week 3: When Being Yourself Becomes the Riskiest Act
Performance anxiety as more than a sexual phenomenon. The experience of living as though every room is an audition. Where this lives in the body, what it is actually defending against, and what the breath discovers when it is allowed to move through rather than around the fear.
Week 4: The Scoreboard
The invisible inventory that runs in the background of most male relationships. Its evolutionary roots, its cost in genuine connection, and what becomes available when competition relaxes into something rarer and more demanding.
Week 5: Holding the Fire
The integrated version: what it means to be genuinely alive in desire, honest about drive, and in conscious relationship with the fire rather than alternately suppressing and surrendering to it. The week that makes the previous four worthwhile.
Week 6: The Tended Fire
Integration of the six-week journey and the specific recognition of what has shifted — not toward resolution, but toward a different and more honest quality of relationship with what burns.
